    • Grind rice into a fine powder if you don’t have rice flour.
    • Soak ¼ cup of rice in water for a few hours, then strain to collect the rice water. Let it ferment overnight for more skin benefits.
  2. Melt the Soap Base:

    • Cut the melt-and-pour soap base into small pieces.
    • Melt it using a double boiler or microwave (in 15-second intervals).
  3. Mix Ingredients:

    • Once melted, stir in the rice powder, rice water, honey, and coconut oil.
    • Mix well until smooth.
  4. Add Essential Oils:

    • If using essential oils, add them now and mix again.
  5. Pour into Molds:
